Before buying
Read the product description and the "What you get" section. That section lists the included files, their formats and their sizes. Look for a page count, contents list and sample pages where the creator has provided them.
For a printable, check the description and previews for the page size and layout you need. For an ebook, check that your reading app can open the supplied format. A product may include one format or several; buy on the basis of the files listed on its page.
Formats
PDF: pages with a fixed layout
Open a PDF in a PDF reader. The page layout stays fixed, which is useful for illustrated guides, worksheets and printables. A PDF does not necessarily have editable fields; check the product description.
EPUB: an ebook file
Open an EPUB in a compatible ebook app or reader. Many EPUB books let you adjust text size and reading layout. Compatibility depends on your device and app.
ZIP: a package of files
Extract or unzip the download to access the files inside. Check the product description for the contents and any software needed to use them.
Browse ebooks for reading, guides for a subject or task, and printables for pages to print yourself.
Downloads
Downloads are delivered straight away after checkout. To find your orders again, open My purchases and sign in with the email address used for your order. That page includes products you bought and free products you claimed.
Save your files somewhere you can find them again. If a download will not open, check its format first: a ZIP needs extracting, and an EPUB needs a compatible reader.
Printing
Your purchase comes with a personal licence to download and use the files yourself. You may print a product and give the printed copy to someone as a gift. You may not resell, share or publish the files themselves.
Before printing a full workbook or planner, check the page size, orientation and scale in your print settings and try a single page. See the buying terms for the licence that applies to your purchase.
Refunds
Bookstorez refunds purchases when a file is faulty or not as described. Ask within 14 days at hello@bookstorez.io. Include the product name and explain the problem so support can help.
Downloads are supplied immediately, and checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day cancellation right. Read the full refund and cancellation terms before buying.
You can also sign in to message support. For information about the company behind the shop, see About Bookstorez.
Reviews
If you bought or claimed a product through an order on Bookstorez, you can rate and review it from My purchases. Share your honest experience of the product. The review rules explain how reviews and moderation work.
