Deleting your account and your data

Email hello@bookstorez.io from the address your account uses and say you'd like it deleted. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, that's the email address they gave us. We'll confirm within a few days, and we may ask one question to be sure the request is yours.

• Deleting your account removes your storefront, your products and your files, your sign-in, and the name, email address and picture Google or Facebook sent us. Copies held in our backups are gone within 90 days.
• Books you bought can no longer be downloaded from your account.
• Sales records stay for six years after the tax year they fall in, which is what HMRC requires (10 years for EU sales), as the privacy policy explains under Money.

You can also stop Facebook sharing anything more with us: on Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Bookstorez. That stops new sign-ins through Facebook; to delete what we already hold, email us as above.
