Prepare files people can actually print
Offer the paper sizes you have tested. A4 and US Letter are different sizes; check margins, line weight and whether a home printer clips the page. Include an ink-friendly version when that helps the task. State whether the PDF is fillable, editable or for handwriting only. Do not call a flattened PDF editable.
Show the inside, not just the cover
Use readable sample pages and explain the page count and paper size. For a classroom worksheet, describe the activity and expected preparation. For a planner, show how a page works during an ordinary week. State permitted use plainly.

Launch one printable, then improve it
Illustrative example: a weekly cleaning checklist with one blank page and one completed example. Print both, check that the instructions fit and show the actual files on the product page.
